Frum is the project of Jenný Augustudóttir Kragesteen, a singer/songwriter who grew up in the Faroe Islands, surrounded by breaking waves and green mountains. The project takes on music, film and bodily expression, deeply impacted by the remote and beautiful surroundings of her youth.

Following on from the debut singles that have been released between 2016 and 2019, this new single introduces us to The Only Way. A bouncy, rubbery beat gives way to Frum’s delicate vocals, before the track unfolds into a glorious leftfield pop song that is as anthemic as it is intimate. The beautifully obversed lyrics revolve around Frum’s musings on accepting your own limitations, and learning that you can’t be and do everything.

The Only Way is released here in its original form and as a radio edit, with the sublime single Ocean also included.
